For customers outside of Sweden

Prices
All prices are including Swedish sales tax (VAT). If you order from a country outside the European Union, you will not pay VAT and the prices will be 20% less. If shipment should be made to country outside of EU we cannot anticipate what duties that may be charged. Your country’s customs department should be able to give you information about possible extra charges that you will have to pay to receive your goods.

Payment
Payment can be made using PayPal or bank transfer. If you chose to pay via PayPal you will receive a payment link in the confirmation e-mail. If you chose to prepay via bank transfer you will receive all the bank information you need in the confirmation e-mail.

Shipment
Only the actual freight cost will be charged, no administration fees are added. Here are some examples of freight cost for countries within Europe. Note that these freight costs only applies when ordering one product, when ordering more freight cost usually becomes cheaper.

Exchange and returns
If you decide not to keep the products you may return them within 14 days in unused, unwashed and original condition. Please contact us via e-mail before returning any product. If you return a product we refund the price of the product but not the shipping cost.
