Prices

All prices are including Swedish sales tax (VAT) and all shipments are made from Sweden. If you order from a country outside the European Union, you will not pay Swedish VAT and the prices will be 20% less. This deduction will be done automatically if you state an address outside the EU.

If shipment should be made to country outside of EU we cannot anticipate what duties that may be charged. Your country’s customs department should be able to give you information about possible extra charges that you will have to pay to receive your goods.

No minimum order sum

We have no minimum order sum and we do not charge any administration fees. The only cost added to the price is the actual freight cost.

Shipment

Only the actual freight cost will be charged. You will see the freight charge on your order when checking out, before you confirm your order.

Payment

International orders are paid via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal when finishing the checkout process. You can pay using any major credit cards via PayPal.

Exchange and returns

If you decide to not keep the products you have purchased, you may return them within 30 days in unused, unwashed and original condition including packaging and instructions. We refund the price of the product but not the shipping cost.

Please always contact us at info@stellaris.se before returning any product. We can then reserve another product for you if you want to change it or arrange with return freight and replacement product for a defect product. Note that you as a customer are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We recommend that you send it with tracking possibility.

Do not forget to add a copy of your receipt so we know who the return comes from. Address for returns:
